Where are the start / stop options go in telnet voor output.icecast streams?

Hello,

I'm setting up a new debian icecast stream server in Proxmox with Liquidsoap as the source. My current streaming server uses Liquidsoap 1.3.3. In the output.icecast mp3 settings I set a id="mount-mp3" in the aac output I set a id="mount-aac". With this I can start / stop these streams in the telnet server.

I have now installed Liquidsoap 2.1.4 and thought I could do the same thing by using the same Liquidsoap script. But there is no start / stop option anymore in de telnet help list.

I searched up and down for 2 days to find out about this change but can't find anything to clear this up for me. Could anybody here tell me how I can make this possible again so I can stop / start output streams without restart the script and kick off listeners from the stream?

Hi,

We have moved a lot of these commands to source methods that you can use inside your scripts.

There's a wrapper for registering backward compatible telnet commands but output.icecast was not included, I'll add it back after I've fixed a technicality that's preventing to do it the right way right now.

Thank you for explaining en for fixing it in a future version. I'l keep on running 1.3.3 for a while longer then.
