Lastfm submission failed: Unknown error

I am running version 2.1.0 on Debian 10 installed via opam. While this is not a major issue, I thought I would report it. Scrobbling to last.fm works fine for me across the two streams that I run, but I have noticed in the logs that every day, every 8 hours, the following error occurs. It seems to occur around 4am, 12pm, and 8pm. The snip of the grep of the logs shows when the error occurs. I am happy to ignore it as everything seems to be working okay, but I just want to share what I see. As far as I know, this error has been occurring for me for a long time (since version 1.4.4).
