Non Geo-located client warning should be more obvious

Expected Behaviour

On the REVIEW ORDERS menu (step #1 of the KITCHEN COUNT), a warning message should be displayed on top of the page if a client scheduled to receive a meal is not geo-located.

Actual Behaviour

The warning message is displayed in the order list but can be missed if user doesn't scroll down the page.

Steps to reproduce

Not easy to reproduce since the NEW CLIENT creation form prevents from creating non-geolocated entries.

This only happens when we re-activate former clients that we're imported from the old DB without geo-location.
