Installing fails on windows - problem with bycrypt

When npm install --save sails-hook-jwt-auth is run an error occurs. While installing bycrypt module - MSBUILD : error MSB4132: The tools version "2.0" is unrecognized. Available tools versions are "4.0". Log and a png of terminal are terminal attached
