support for post tags

It would be nice to have if all the tags for a post were also visible

I've been very confused about this since I thought that would add a lot of content into the card but I guess it will totally make sense to have tags in it.

Alternatively, we can have data-tags attribute with show and hide values, just in case someone doesn't want their card to bloated with the content.
