automatic reload into time series

Add a new command like reload-every that automatically puts each data point into a historical data sheet.

The precursor to VisiData (tpmenu) had this, and it was very useful whenever you're looking at live data that changes frequently. With the historical data, you can add columns that capture derivatives and rolling averages etc.
