App crashes when there are too many files.

I'm pretty sure there was 450 or something. The app couldn't handle it and threw an exception. Gotta fix that.

Adding a folder that will have all code files. Maybe even organize them by Language.

Make the program check every 30 seconds (or any other value for changes in the selected folder, so we don't need to execute it every time we want to organize...
