Better "hidden applications" list

Many of my installed applications I properly keep on my home screens. Some are properly grouped in folders. Many of these applications I add to the list of "hidden applications". I have like total 150 applications, 100+ hidden and only 25-50 visible. I try all my visible applications to fit in 1-2 pages. It is long way to open "hidden applications" list. It is hard to add new hidden application. The list will show all 150 applications and I have to search in the list.

I would like if it is more easy to access "hidden applications" list. Maybe move it on top of "Settings / App drawer". Maybe move it outside "Settings / App drawer". Maybe add minibar icon.

I would like if "hidden applications" list have 2 filters. When I want to hide another application, then I would like to see only visible applications. Remove all applications that are already hidden. When I want to unhide and show application, then I would like to see only hidden applications. Remove all visible applications from the list.

Thanks! :)

You have some choices:

  1. You can just use the search apps and it will appear even if it is hidden and keeping them as hidden.
  2. You can leave them visible and use the sort by most used.
  3. In the new version coming you can just create a folder in the drawer with the apps you don't need in the main screen (this feature is already implemented and can be used if you compile the code).
  4. In the new version you can create a tab, with all the apps you dont need in the main screen(this feature is already implemented and can be used if you compile the code).

Opening the hidden app list from the minibar is a great idea and of course I will add this feature in the next version. I'm also working to support apps in the minibar so both features might be implemented in the nex release.

But basically it does hiding the app from only launcher screen right ? The app shows when it is searched. Both open launcher and lawn does the same thing.

you can disable de option "Search hidden apps" in Folder and Search Engine. then the apps wont appear in the search result.
