Overscan and NTSC Problem.

The region is set to automatic on startup and won't save you preference, but if you choose another region like NTSC, when you enter the game, the region selected don't work. Only Works if you enter in any game with the region selected "Automatic", quit the game and select NTSC and enter the game again.

If possible, add an option to automatically hide games black bars overscan.
