Add Jenkins OnDemand Reporting Support

Since Jenkins is such a common CI for many Sauce users, we should add support for the Sauce Test Reporter. This is relatively trivial (~10 lines in total of code across all the languages) and will save some issues with users trying to use Jenkins Sauce test results.

We can add in dotnet later; won't be a blocker for 1.0.
