Add support for Sauce Connect 5

Sauce Connect 5 has been released in the SauceLabs ecosystem but this package seems to remain on 4.x. I have already reached out to your support team who asked me to direct the request here.

FYI: Readiness check of Sauce Connect Proxy 5 does not work: https://github.com/saucelabs/node-saucelabs/issues/242, which should be a blocker for this

(I am using my own implementation for Node.js client for Sauce Labs after experiencing issues like https://github.com/saucelabs/node-saucelabs/pull/241 but now I am blocked by https://github.com/saucelabs/node-saucelabs/issues/242 for v5)
