Notification text is not translatable

Hi, I think that text in notification should be translatable too. "Changes applied" and "You might need to restart running applications". If you will add it, I can update Czech translation I just posted (#16). Thanks.

Hi. The project is no longer maintained, since it won't be able to support newer versions of GTK themes written in Sass.
