Explicit lc-ctype for pinentry

Please add explicit locale for pinentry, because on systems with locales not from list of supported it shows question marks instead of symbols:

App version 2.1.7, QT6

Hi, thanks for the report! I just tested with the current Nightly build on my Windows VM (pure English) and couldn’t reproduce this issue—Pinentry shows the correct symbols and English messages here. From my understanding, the language of Pinentry depends on the system’s locale settings and isn’t directly controlled by GpgFrontend.

Could you please check if this still happens with the latest Nightly?

@saturneric I forgot to clarify that this issue is observing on Linux-based OS, like Ubuntu 22.04. Could you please try to reproduce it with this OS and non-English locale?
