COMMON: Globally available search box

I just realized that we have no search yet, when I tried to search :)

So I think we should be able to serch for: Title, inside text, ticket number (we should create one in the future) and even inside the comments.

Sorry for being not very specific. There is of course a filter / search function on top of the ticket list for each project.

But what I mean is having a proper search box which is always available and searches for ticket IDs or keywords in all the projects.
