can you do a ```crew update && crew reinstall -s sommelier```? It should now enter stuff into .bashrc automatically now.
But the output of ```env``` would be useful as well, especially after running ```restartsommelier```

Does this machine have an AMD CPU?
There's currently an issue we're seeing with installs on AMD CPUs and the musl static binaries we are using, such as git.
libicui18n.so.68 is in icu4c... so removing icu4c will keep that from being available until icu4c is reinstalled.
