Handle full disk gracefully

When the disk becomes full while installing mods, the downloads fail (as expected), but the mods are incorrectly marked as installed, and the lock file can become corrupted necessitating manual removal.

The mod manager should already warn you if your cache disk is nearing full https://github.com/satisfactorymodding/SatisfactoryModManager/blob/26f8a7e283d8259bbecac331a61101e59925328d/frontend/src/App.svelte#L153 but I'm not sure we check the game install disk too
