Mod Manager not detecting webview2 on windows

When I launch the mod manager I get the message that webview2 needs to be installed but when it tries to install windows gives me the message that webview2 is already installed.

Try uninstalling Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime from Control Panel or Windows Settings -> Apps, then install it again https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download

[SOLVED]

Was working with someone on discord and now it opens. Had to do registry manipulation to get webview2 to install properly
