Need Proxy settings for user

I want to install a mod by using SMM. but I find I can't download the mod file wiouth VPN. SMM don't using the default proxy setting. And I can't find a way to set the proxy in SMM. I think is necessary for people who can't access github(e.g. people in China).

SMM3 has now released with proxy support, but SML is also no longer downloaded from github, instead it is on ficsit.app like all other mods, so it should also no longer need a proxy in most cases
