[Safari] Knob manual input: comma "," doesn't work as number fraction

In Safari, type 24,5 (with comma - ,) on frequency knob: see it'll drop to 20 Hz instead of setting 24.5 Hz value.

So it only works when you type 24.5 (with point - .).
