Option to disable the fractal

The fractal doesn't do anything but distract me, it could just be a blank canvas where I can put notes anywhere on it, and it would make more sense.

To turn off the fractal physics/visuals - go to the fractal tab, switch to the Julia set fractal, then turn max lines to 0.

We could add an off option to the fractal dropdown. Also a gravity slider.

You may also later on find that certain configurations of the fractal settings can be more or less relaxing than others.
