Create system for duplicate titles when typed from the Zettelkasten

While duplicate titles are avoided when entering titles from node headings, this is not the case when typing into the Zettelkasten.

Fixing this issue would ensure any duplicate Ai titles are handled properly.

The relevant files are in the Zettelkasten folder.

One thing to keep in mind is that implementing this feature in the Zettelkasten would get rid of the ability for the Ai to rewrite notes by repeating the title. This aspect could also be made more intentional and ideally we could do both, (system for duplicate titles, system for rewriting notes.)
