Guests are able to give love

I have the opposite issue to issue 78.

I've got post love installed on PhpBB 3.3.3 and guests are able to give love - I'd like to stop that, so I have the opposite problem and reading issue 78, it sounds like it should not be happening.

Is this because I have phpbb 3.3.3 but this extension is for phpbb 3.2 only?

I am using post love 2.0.0b3
