Startup minimized on systray

I would like the option to incorporate a Turpial start in minimized mode (in the sys tray) instead of opening the main window.

It would be useful when starting the app along with the OS (usually not the intention of starting the application with the OS is not going directly, but have it on standby for notifications or view it later).

Turpial should incorporate the option to load minimized on systray instead open the main window.

If you implement this feature, please add a commandline option to disable this for the pepople that use window managers without a systray :)
