Way to integrate Grafana with LDAP/AD

I would love to see an example of connecting Grafana to an AD/LDAP server for authentication.

That's been a suggestion I've heard a few times now. I hope we can get a sample done soon, but I don't have a date yet.

I'd like to add to this request. We already have a modifier in place for another application from another vendor and I was considering modifying the config manually, but I would prefer if there was an official transformer/modifier from SAS in order to not loose the changes every upgrade.
