Cannot find SAS_Base_OpenSrcIntegration.zip

The paper "Open Source Integration Using the Base SAS® Java Object" references file "SAS_Base_OpenSrcIntegration.zip" but I cannot find it. Can you point me to it?

I expected to find a zip file with binaries, i now understand I need to download the repository and compile my own SASJavaExec class, is that correct?
