Is anyone maintaining this gem still?

@bolandrm seems there are a number of PRs related to supporting recent architectures like M1. Given that this gem is in wide use, we at a minimum we need someone to go through, merge the PRs, and cut a release maybe once every 6-12 months. Thoughts?
