libsass 3.6 follow-up

Is it possible to get an update on https://github.com/sass/node-sass/issues/2685 (please post the update on the issue itself, not on this issue)?

Last update in 2019 said that 5.0 will have the fix, but unfortunately 5.0 is using 3.5.5.

Would be helpful to clarify that the issue itself can be used to track the update, instead of the "open pr" that is no longer open. Thank you!

I am not sure if 3.6.x is good enough to be used without breaking compatibility too much...

If you have to use node-sass, you might want to look at @amoo-miki/node-sass where I have bumped libsass to 3.6.5. More details can be found here.

There is a sass-loader to go with it too: @amoo-miki/sass-loader
