Broken links on Chipmachine website

I wasn't sure which would be the best place to report errors on the project website (https://sasq64.github.io/chipmachine/), so I'm just going to do it here. The libopenmpt link is malformed, it should be https://lib.openmpt.org/ The HivelyTracker link is dead, it should be http://www.hivelytracker.co.uk/ There is also a minor typo somewhere at the top, "Inlcuded" ;)

Oh, and the list of formats supported by libopenmpt should be extended by those added in the latest versions: MO3, SoundFX / MultiMedia Sound (SFX, SFX2, MMS) and ProTracker 3.6 (PT36).
