Add layout saving and annotation (datasets)

Once user management is added, allow users to save their own layouts and add comments, annotations to visualisations by saving them as a separate dataset. These will operate on top of the underlying node/edge data and not affect that data (multiple users or multiple views of the same underlying data will be needed).
