@feross i forgot, how much does it cost to get an app signing certificate?

this app would also benefit from an auto updater (vs just a "new version available" message), like WebTorrent Desktop

Hi, sorry for delay with response, I guess you should be able right click on the file and press Open, then it suggests the option to start the app anyway. But yeah, it's a good point to get a certificate.

I believe an Apple cert costs $99/year.
