Admin interface in phone mode: menu icons mixed up

When the admin interface is viewed in mobile view (i.e. on narrow screens), the "close menu" icon is shown:

Conversely, when the menu is opened in this state, it shows the "hamburger" icon:

Expected behaviour is that they are shown the other way around, as it works in other situations.

As this is purely a cosmetic issue that only appears in very limited circumstances, and also because it seems as if this would require a larger overhaul of how this menu icon is handled, this is a low priority issue.

I'll still keep it open here, as to be reminded of it, and to have a place where information can be collected.
