Show process load for better overview

Hi,

sometimes while checking why a process didn't get the affinity for "High Performance" it gets messy checking PACT and Task Manager (unexpected child process, again). It would be very convenient if the lists of the processes would also have the CPU load in % next to their names.

Maybe show the percentage of the thread with the most load in the tray icon, for the same reason. Could help notice misconfigurations.
