MacOS Catalina - Webcam Light Issue

Hi @sarxos; Normally when we call Webcam#open method and the webcam is opened successfully, we expect the webcam light to be turned on till closure of the webcam (Webcam#close method call).

However, for MacOS Catalina, this is not the case. The webcam light is turned on only when Webcam#getImage is called.

Any idea about what can be done to resolve this? Thanks
