Enable Ada95 grammar and parser

Not sure why it's not enabled, so start with that and (future) look at including newer standards

Is seems that some code is missing. when Ada gets enabled the include file cccc_ast.h in ada.g at line 47 cannot be found

I found the file again at https://sourceforge.net/p/cccc/code/HEAD/tree/tags/V3_pre84/ccccdist/cccc/cccc_ast.cc and when adding the file, it compiled again for me
