Atari ST XBIOS/BIOS ROM Listings header file missing

I was very interested to find the ASM source code for the BIOS. I was hoping to use parts in some Atari ST code I am writing.

I was going to try to assemble, but the equates for hardware addresses and TOS variables appears to be missing.

Do you have this? If so can you add it to the repository?

The original source has since appeared, which makes mine a bit redundant. Maybe for the comments…
