Cannot update related menu for custom module

Whenever I select and save a related menu for a custom module to go under for example: 'inventory'

It will not save the selection when updating the module.

How do I make my related menu save the selection of 'inventory'?

Hello, Yes, I have applied the vtiger patch you have made. overwrote the 4 files, Block.php / PackageExport.php / PackageImport.php / PackageUpdate.php

Whenever I reload the module to edit, the value of 'Related Menu' resets to Menu: ' Select a value'.

I just removed the module and started from scratch, it worked. hmm weird bug.
