ADD/EDIT functionality is not working

Dears,

Kindly i made a very simple module contains two fields one auto increment and another one is text when i try to add a record to it i got the save popup came out from my browser "as to save index.php"

kindly what can i do ?

1. Did you define a field as identifier?
2. What is the name of the text field? Vtiger doesn't like very much field called "name".

Locationid : autoincrement and identifier Locationname : mandatory text

Is locationid defined like the identifier? (check the Identifier checkbox for this field)

Hello all,

I run into the same issue today. After hours of testing and researching i found the solution. As you add a UI Type, you are able to edit the "Column name". As soon as one UI Type got a Space in here, you'll receive the blank white page or error messages like this when adding a record:
