Update Module Issues (Labels, Related Lists)

When I update the module, the label changes are not updating the language files and the related lists will get duplicated in the respect modules.

Is there a way to resolve this?

FYI: I have applied the VTlib patch files to my installation VT6.3

Perhaps do you have brackets in yours labels ? This caused me problems.

No brakets. It happens on updates on every module and every field.
