Contacts Identifier

Thanks for all your hard work Jonathon!

I have made an error with the core Contacts module. In the listview only the lastname is hyperlink and on the detail view the heading is only lastname.

Can someone help me get the correct identifiers for the Contacts module so that it works like a default install please?
