At trying to request a system module for amending, "An error occurred" shows

Dear Sardoj, After requesting invoice module for amending in module designer, and after amending, at trying to make and install, a message "An error occurred" showed. Then at trying to request back invoice module or user module, the same "An error occurred" shows again at the point of uploading the module into module designer. At trying to upload custom modules, things work fine. I tries to turn off apache\mysql and turn back on same error repeats. thanks for help
