Russian language localization

Hi, sardoj! Your module VTModuleDesigner is very usefull and pretty. And I want to contribute to your project a bit. I've created a Ru_ru localization and I want to share it with the community. I don't know how to send the php-file to you... Contact me via email: sunset00_yandex.ru (replace the undescore with 'at'-symbol).

Hi ! Thanks you for your contribution to Module Designer. To contribute the best solution is to make a pull request on GitHub. Else you can send me your files by mail at sardoj_gmail.com (replace the underscore by 'at' symbol).
