Play youtube live stream from a channel id

The video id for live streams seems to change quite often, however a channel id is constant. Therefore, here's a practical way to display a youtube live stream providing a channelId to the controller.

Note that I didn't want to make any breaking changes so I left videoId as required. If channelId is provided, the former will simply be ignored.

When will this Pull-Request be added? This is very useful in case of easing the Youtube quota.
