When a transit color isn't specified, we should use a sensible default to draw the polyline. Look into default colors provided by house styles. Related: https://github.com/mapzen/eraser-map/issues/810
Dependent on: https://github.com/mapzen/android/issues/405 Remove temporary class `TmpHttpHandler` and update `TileHttpHandler` to inherit from Tangram's `HttpHandler`
Now that bike and transit overlays exist in the sdk we should provide a way to toggle them on/off https://github.com/mapzen/eraser-map/issues/711
Like [here](https://github.com/mapzen/eraser-map/issues/726) we should use the `SettingsApi` to handle (less likely but possible scenarios) where the user disables location in the middle of viewing the route preview or routing screens
It would be nice if we had support for toggles so supporting objc/swift, java/kotlin, etc could look something fancy like this: https://www.mapbox.com/ios-sdk/examples/runtime-toggle-layer/
