Shortcut Support for navigating in between the different sections

We find it somewhat difficult to move our mouse.

And it would be great if we had some keyboard shortcut ( maybe right arrow and left arrow) to turn to next section or previous section

However, Adding keyboards shortcuts for navigating in between sub-section would be also great.
