Rename tiddlers when dragging and dropping

Consider adding the option to rename a dragged and dropped node to change its title prefix to match the new root.

The issue is that this is highly dependent on the title configuration being used. This may not be feasible unless we are willing to limit the title configuration to a choice between a free pre-defined presets.

As a workaround that works for me, consider the move as a "copy the node to a new root tiddler + delete". When proceeding this way, the copied node takes the naming convention of a new node in the destination root tiddler.
