Make methodmap natives optional

Noticed while implementing a plugin which only optionally requires NativeVotes, but uses the methodmap API. If the core NativeVotes plugin is unloaded, a bunch of "Native not found" errors occured, as the methodmap natives have to be made optional by themselves.
