Next map and Change map option still exists, even it is turned off by server settings

Hello there, Thank you for keeping NativeVotes plugin alive with several bug fixes.

Why does change map and next map vote still exists on vote menu, even I turned off nextlevel and changelevel cvars?

I have following settings on my server.cfg:

sv_vote_issue_nextlevel_allowed 0
sv_vote_issue_changelevel_allowed 0

I figured out by removing all NativeVotes plugins included from this repository. Can you make option to turn off these features?
