com.sap.cds:cds-feature-mt not provided on Maven Central

As reported at Could not find artifact com.sap.cds:cds-feature-mt the dependency com.sap.cds:cds-feature-mt of the starter package cds-starter-cloudfoundry mentioned in the February 2020 release notes is currently not provided on Maven Central.

With cds-services 1.6.0 this should be finally resolved: https://github.com/SAP-samples/cloud-cap-samples-java/pull/13
