Publish a 1.0

Are you planning on publishing a 1.0/supporting this, or is this just kind of a one-off solution to a problem you had? We are interested in incorporating it into our workflow. It is a great tool.

Thanks @jake-lambert-volusion - I've been crazy busy with the lead up to re:Invent. I will get back to this after the conference. I definitely plan to keep supporting this. I'm merging a few pull requests and will run the whole test suite with the latest version of the serverless framework again.

Sorry all, I've been swamped at work on totally missed the emails from this. I'm massively time poor at the moment. I'd be very open for someone to take on official maintenance of this plugin if they have more time to carry it forward.
