Suggestion: add documentation section

Hi! Thank you for such a great checklist!

I wondered if it makes sense to add a section about documentation. I believe it's a common practice to extends project documentation if new API/component is provided/changed. Also as a part of project documentation can be used ADR or UML diagrams.

If sounds reasonable to you, I can prepare a PR.
